Collaborating with your team, B Sussed can provide you develop sustainability policies, sustainable procurement plans and related documentation to allow you to intergrate sustainability directives into your company procedures and put your intensions into practice.
We will work with you to understand your needs and priorities and to introduce the policies into your organisation’s day to day practices once they have been established.
As part of this service, we can also work with your supply chain to embed your sustainable procurement policies and help them to comply with the requirements.
Contractor support
We also work with Contractors, acting as BREEAM AP or in a more bespoke role, to achieve sustainability objectives on site. Whether to meet compliance with specific BREEAM or Ska requirements, verify sustainable product selection and procurement or ensure construction practices are carried out in line with environmentally responsible practices.
We can work with you to provide assistance at tender stage to help you demonstrate how you will comply with specific BREEAM, Ska or other sustainability requirements within the project brief. We provide high-level compliance support with site procedures, policy documentation, product procurement and collation and review of information to assist them in delivering their sustainability and wellbeing objectives on site.
